What we do

We understand that everyone is different, so we tailor sessions to suit client’s needs using an Integrative/Pluralistic method of counselling which combines the approaches of Person-Centred Counselling, Psychodynamic Counselling, and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy). We invite clients with faith to include spiritual beliefs and experiences in their counselling discussions.

Situations that we can help with include; anxiety and depression, stress, illness, abuse, relationship problems, loss and bereavement, trauma, unresolved issues, lifestyle problems, low self-esteem and low confidence, Asperger’s syndrome and autistic spectrum disorder, and spiritual issues.

In order to give the best help we are unable to work with clients who are currently receiving counselling or psychotherapy from another service.
